The sense of community created through student housing is an essential part of the Elevate College experience and is a great way for students to grow in community. You’ll create a lifelong network of friends in Christ as you share community and support each other through the unique rewards and challenges of ministry training.
Apartments are leased through a corporate leasing agreement Elevate College has with an apartment complex within walking distance of our Oakleaf location. Suites include washer and dryer, internet access, and pool/gym access.
Both single and double occupancy rooms are available. Prices vary by room. Utilities and internet are included in the price of housing. Check with your Student Life Coordinator for specific prices and housing availability.
Monthly payment plans are available for convenience. Payments are due at the 1st of every month and a $100 late fee will be charged after the 5th of every month to ensure timely payments. Housing prices include monthly rent and all utilities such as water, electric, and internet. A washer/dryer is also included in each apartment.
Student housing costs vary based on the student’s choice of room. We offer both single and double occupancy.
Each unit is staffed with a Resident Assistant who is chosen each semester to oversee student housing and maintain community and a Christ-like environment that encourages freedom and peace.
Students have round the clock access to their specific RA. These RA’s are trained and equipped to handle the needs of students in EC housing.

+ CAN I HAVE PETS?
Pets of any kind are not allowed in student housing at this time.
+ HOW WILL I BE MATCHED WITH A ROOMMATE?
Students who enter our student housing program are placed in the first available room that meets the students’ needs. Special accomodations may be made based on student request.
First semester students are not paired together in double occupancy rooms.
+ CAN I LIVE ALONE?
Students live with other students in two or three bedroom units. Students may request single occupancy rooms. Availability may vary based on vacancy.
+ ARE UNITS FURNISHED?
Apartment unit common areas are furnished by the students. Single occupancy rooms are not furnished. Double occupancy rooms are furnished with two twin beds, a shared dresser, and shared nightstand.
+ IF A STUDENT WITHDRAWS ARE THEY REQUIRED TO PAY THE REMAINDER OF THE RENT?
Yes. Should a student choose to withdraw or be dismissed due to disciplinary actions, fulfillment of the legally binding lease is required in accordance with its terms.
+ ARE THERE RULES REGARDING STUDENT HOUSING?
Every year, students sign the EC Student Housing Handbook which contains the commitments and practices that all students abide by during their time as an EC student. This contract does contain practices as they relate to housing including:
- No alcohol or tobacco of any kind allowed
- No overnight stays with members of the opposite sex
- No disruptive gatherings that disturbs or impacts the peace of another
