The Events Leadership Practicum will teach creative planning and energetic hosting with a team who places priority on valuing people and serving with excellence.

Church events and conferences take careful and detailed planning, from big picture experience all the way down to napkins, plates or table settings. This is where the Events Team steps in to take leadership and make sure everything is planned for and executed with excellence.

In the Events Leadership Practicum, students develop skills through practical training in the areas of conferences, events and hospitality to prepare each student to lead in the local church.

Students learn how to coordinate with vendors, develop & manage teams and execute large events from initial planning stages to completion. Students receive experience through serving at the multiple conferences and events Elevate Life Church hosts each year.
